Dr. Ciprian is a graduate of the Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angeles. He is a much sought after speaker and teacher who has been teaching and practicing Applied Kinesiology  since 1996. Dr. Ciprian was the first Diplomate of Applied Kinesiology in the Pacific Northwest. He currently works and teaches in Washington D.C.
