Medial Cuboid

The patient is supine. Take firm hold of the foot contacting the dorsal surface with your thumb over the cuboid. Place your other hand over your thumb so it is in the saddle of your palm.

Evert the foot and thrust lateral to medial and A to P.

A medial cuboid is a rare finding and is associated with weak adductors.
