Place index fingers under the wrist, thumbs on radial head and ulnar head. Adjustment is made with a slight flick of the wrist.

ClinicaI Information

Non-traumatic carpal tunnel is often a  result of ileocecal valve syndrome (e.g no trauma, sudden onset of pain, inflammation, and swelling). Non-traumatic carpal tunnel can also result from food sensitivities. With any non-traumatic wrist problem, be sure to check the elbow, shoulder, and neck as well.
